Please Upload Your Vaccination Card Into the Database Today

Dear Colleagues,

We write today regarding the 바카라 온라인 추천 vaccine database, which is a critical tool in our planning for resuming in-person activities on campus this fall semester.

While we have been encouraged by early participation in the vaccine database, the overall rate among faculty and staff in uploading their vaccine documentation needs to be higher for us to have sufficient confidence in the total rate of vaccination in our community. To those of you who have been vaccinated and have not yet completed this critical step, we strongly request you do so at this time for the good of our community. Please keep the following points in mind:

  • Instructions on how to enter your COVID-19 vaccine information to the database via can be found on the COVID-19 Vaccine Database webpage. Please note that you will not receive an immediate confirmation after uploading. University Health Services (UHS) will review your upload within 5 business days. After they have verified your record, you will see your COVID vaccine listed under Immunizations in the left menu.
  • Even if you participated in our May 27 vaccine survey, that does not fulfill your participation in the vaccine database.
  • If you have not yet been vaccinated, we are offering free vaccine clinics on campus in August and September; please visit to schedule an appointment, which is required. You can also visit Pennsylvania’s to access a list of providers near you.

Your assistance in expanding faculty and staff participation in 바카라 온라인 추천’s vaccine database will inform our posture in the weeks and months ahead. To those who have gotten vaccinated and uploaded your documentation in the vaccine database already, we thank you. To those of you who will be doing so in the days ahead, we thank you in advance for your support and timely action.

Sincerely,

Jim Garrett, Provost and Chief Academic Officer

Gina Casalegno, Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students

Daryl Weinert, Vice President for Operations, Interim Vice President for Research, COVID-19 Coordinator
