Training Update — Summer 2025

Check the Professional Development pages to keep up to date on the numerous training and professional development opportunities sponsored by the Learning and Development team. Keep reading to learn more about recent training programs and opportunities scheduled over the summer.

Staff Supervisor Training

Launched in 2020, the Staff Supervisory Awareness Program provides a foundation of core human resources knowledge for 바카라 온라인 추천 supervisors by completing nine modules. Since its creation, over 600 staff members have participated in the 21 rotations. To learn more about the sessions, visit the program webpage, and enroll for the Fall 2025 rotation in .

Sprint Program

In response to participant feedback, the HR Learning and Development team developed a condensed version of the program to allow supervisors to complete all nine sessions in two weeks. In May 2025, the team launched this first of its kind sprint. Congratulations and thank you to those who participated!

Staff Supervisory Essentials — Coming Fall 2025

Transitioning to a supervisory role is a mindset shift requiring new skills and responsibilities. Understanding your role, communicating effectively, managing performance, and awareness of legal responsibilities are key to your success. This session will introduce you to the essential concepts in each of these areas. You'll also learn when and how to work with the Office of Human Resources and where to access additional support and resources.
