HUB Student Service Modifications & 바카라 온라인 추천’s Response to COVID-19

We want to make sure you know about the specific steps The HUB is taking to promote the health and safety of the Carnegie Mellon community.

As many of us are adjusting our daily lives in response to COVID-19, The HUB is seeking new and innovative ways to engage and support you. The HUB student service center's physical location has been temporarily closed. Until further notice, we are implementing the following modified student services:

GENERAL QUESTIONS

HUB LIAISON APPOINTMENTS

Email your liaison directly or schedule via Schedule Once in SIO (under Contacts). All appointments will take place via phone or Zoom.

FORM SUBMISSION

Scan or take a photo of your completed and signed form, and email it to thehub@andrew.tdcpw.com.

STUDENT ACCOUNT PAYMENTS

Online payment options are available. Cash payments have been temporarily suspended. We do not suggest mailing check payments, as postal services on campus are limited and receipt of your payment may be delayed.

STUDENT ACCOUNT REFUNDS

Enroll in electronic refunding for all future refunds you expect to receive.

TRANSCRIPTS & VERIFICATIONS

All transcript orders should be placed through Credential Solutions via SIO. When ordering verifications through SIO, please select the PDF option for delivery. Fax and U.S. mail options are unavailable at this time.  

ID CARDS

The will offer modified and appointment-only ID Card services for fall 2020. Learn more.
