Approved: Digital Accessibility Policy

The Digital Accessibility Policy was approved on January 17, 2025. This Policy ensures that electronic and information technology (EIT) is accessible to individuals with disabilities, as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Rehabilitation Act 1973, and applicable state and local laws. The policy will establish standards for the accessibility of EIT used to conduct the university's academic, research and business activities.
